i found the staff to be friendly. they changed my room to a smoking room after one night with no issues. i was greeted with a smile and very fast checkin. the wlan is fast and reliable and all the facilities were superclean.
the gym is small and can fit only two people.

the room included all necessary amenities and was quite large and very clean. the bed was comfortable and all essentials were always available and fully stocked with coffee, tea, and water.

breakfast had variety options. the hotel includes the exchange restaurant directly on the premises. it offers tasty food and excellent service with specials offered so i took advantage of them.

The breakfast was acceptable (with lots of options).
My room felt quite dated. I found the air conditioning to be very weak, and it struggled to keep the room cool enough. The noise from the street was noticeable and disturbed my sleep on a few occasions. I also noticed some stains on the carpet, not pleasant.
